ACP: Verification and Investigation in China

ACP is a Sino-American business risk consultancy with over a decade of experience protecting and representing foreign interests in China with strategy consulting, business research and investigation services.

Specific services include market research, government relations, due diligence, background checks and reputation profiles, vendor vetting, pre-employment screening, and investigations into counterfeiting and other types of fraud. ACP's history of success includes projects completed for a list of over three dozen premier multinational clients from legal, financial, manufacturing, IT, and many other industries.

ACP's four-member senior management has over 40 years of combined service with the Chinese government and over 60 years of cross-cultural business experience. The team is headed by CEO Zhai Zhihai, a former Chinese PLA General Staff Officer and an international affairs specialist with a master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins. With Mr. Zhai’s formation of the company in the mid-1990s, ACP became one of the first Chinese business intelligence units available to foreign companies.
